Katherine Faulks
Katherine Faulks has over 10 years' experience in population health and health system monitoring and performance measurement, including 6-years experience monitoring chronic conditions in Australia. Katherine currently leads the Chronic Conditions unit at the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW). Her formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Medical Science and post-graduate qualifications in Epidemiology.
