This breakfast session is designed to engage the audience in a facilitated discussion about the value of extending representation in multidisciplinary meetings to improve care for older patients with cancer. Case examples from breast and non-breast cancer patients will provide opinions from surgical, radiation oncology and medical oncology perspectives. Additional opinions will then be contributed from other perspectives to demonstrate the value of extending this discussion to include geriatrician, nursing/allied health/pharmacy perspectives.
